Refund policy

No returns or exchanges.

Please email us at blayne@themcfivecircus.com with any questions or concerns.

Remember to check your address carefully before confirming your order! If a package is returned to us we will refund you for the cost of the order minus the shipping fee. The refund will be issued after the package has arrived back at our location and each product checked back in. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund for requests made prior to the end of the day of the purchase before a product ships, less the Shopify transaction fee.
